Navman & iPAQ H5550 Crap Volume

Having read several forums i am still unsure about what i can do with my volume problem.

I have a iPAQ H550 with Navman GPS 4400 which are great bits of kit. I am looking for a good mount but also i need more volume as i cannot hear my iPAQ at any speeed or with the window down.

I know Seidio do a mount with a built in speaker but it has loads of wires and looks a bit messy. I drive a Nissan XTrail and would like to know if it is possible to have a nice reasonably priced holder that charges the iPAQ and have the navigation directions come through the cars speakers?

If it possible what price am i looking at and where would i go ??

Qubit in Denmark have a hardware solution that can route the audio output from a PDA through your car speakers muting the radio/CD player when navigation directions are being read out, See http://www.qubit.dk/pdf/PDA_datasheet_uk.PDF.

We are awaiting a sample for test and will announce the results once we have had an opportunity to evaluate this.
