Navman 550 all POI file wiil not activate

I have transfered 21 speed camera files to my navman, but some of them will not activate.
Most have symbols in the file name when viewed in the saftey POI list.

But if you view them in the directory "MYPOIS" all is fine.
The config files would seem to be the same as the one's that work. This problem effect files randomly.
I have turned off my firewall/AV software. Also I have not reached the 25 limit of POIs of "my POIs".
This problem has been on going since I got the device 2 months ago. Has Anyone got any answers?
As Navman support is a waste of time even if they answer.

If it is like previous Navman 5xx, although there can be 25 POI loaded, only 16 can be activated (or used) at any one time.

I don't know if the same is true for the 550.

Thanks for the reply. In the last hour I have found that I can only activate 16 by experimenting, so it is the same. So much for all the information from Navman. They say you can load 25 no time do they say you cannot use them.
I have never used a forum before to get help, all I can say is 10 out of 10 keep up the good work!

I have tried to load more that 16 files, but after this they are displayed without "[active]" after the file name in the saftey alert screen.

Also you cannot activate them. I also get ghost files with symbols in the name which I have not loaded and it is always from file seventeen in the list.
If I delete a earlier file I recover a file above the sixteenth file.

In the "my POI screen they will show all show with ticks in the box's and some will have file names that I have not loaded. If you check the directory "MYPOIS" all is OK.
