Can't load any POI files to my SD card in my iCN530??

Hi there I am trying to load a 50MB POI file to my iCN530 but I use POI editor and do "Save to Device" I get an error that I only have 36MB available, while my SDCard is empty 119MB available.
Why is this ?
What do I do wrong ?
On my SDcard I see an directory structure which includes also a NAVMAN and POI and MyPOI directory.

Another question;
Can I delete the Voice language files that I don't use, like german, Italian, french ?
What is the maximum size SDCard that I can use? 1GB or even 2GB ?

Mine was playing up like that with a 512mb card. I applied the latest service pack (SP1) and from then on it behaved, have managed to load POI somehow (more by luck than skill).
The service pack is a black art, downright user hostile. There is good advice in the thread called New Navman 530 Questions.
