Tom Tom ONE postcode update confusion...

First of all, hello to everyone,

I am confused. I have recently updated my TT ONE from app version 5.2 to the new 5.420.

Using the 5.2 postcode navigation I had no problem navigating , but since updating I cannot seem to navigate to a destination using a postcode.

The Tom Tom ONE (5.420) will only allow me to navigate to a general area,

say I wanted to navigate to (for example) LS14 5PH, using the old system I had no problem, the street name would appear, stanks approach in this instance, which would allow me to then select a house number on that street.

But, since updating, I type in the post code (LS14 5PH) and nothing, it just shows me that it is an area of Leeds, which does not help in accurately navigating to my destination.

I don't no if I'm doins something wrong (probably) but if anyone could help I would be much abliged.

figured it...

What was wrong was my tom tom route folder did not have a zip folder which contains all the info on uk postal codes, having copied this over from a previous working backup it now works fine and as expected!!
