Hi there.
I don't know if this might help any one.
It's the voice warnings that I assigned from the new 5652 dats.chk file.

i.e "Beep 1" says "Gatso"
i.e "Cuckoo" says "Red Light"

Any that were missing I just repeated with something else.

Camera Type -- Sound Assigned Result
Gatso 20 Beep 1 = Gatso
Gatso 30 Beep 2 = Gatso 30
Gatso 40 Beep 3 = Gatso 40
Gatso 50 Beep 4 = Gatso 50
Gatso 60 Beep 5 = Gatso 60
Gatso 70 Beep 1 = Gatso
TBA -- Beep 1 = Gatso
VAR -- Beep 1 = Gatso
Mobile 20 Bell 1 = Mobile
Mobile 30 Bell 2 = Mobile 30
Mobile 40 Bell 3 = Mobile 40
Mobile 50 Boing = Mobile 50
Mobile 60 Bugle = Mobile 60
Mobile 70 Cow = Mobile 70
TBA -- Beep 1 = Gatso
Mobile -- Beep 1 = Gatso
Red Light -- Cuckoo = Red Light
Specs 20 Polite 1 = Specs
Specs 30 Polite 1 = Specs
Specs 40 Polite 1 = Specs
Specs 50 Polite 1 = Specs
Specs 60 Polite 1 = Specs
Specs 70 Polite 1 = Specs
TBA -- Beep 1 = Gatso
Temp -- Polite 2 = Temporary

This new one does NOT have a the most commonly used Gatso 70 warning but Polite 3 says "bought to you by PGPSworld"

Why, or why, does each new version use different sounds for each time of warning?
ie Gatso 30 on previous version was Beep 1, now it's Beep 2.

Polite 3 always was reserved for the credits. As far as the other shifts are concerned - probably TomTom have messed up with the file format AGAIN. I'll have to verify the structure and will issue a fixed version once I found out what they did.

Is it possible for you to create the data.chk file using the Liz Whitaker voices?

I have tried making one myself but 3 of the files always retain their original sounds regardless of what I assign.

I used the voices from Ray Flanagan's site.
lizprompts22050
Along with "soundpatch-0.3.12"

All the files play as they should in test before trying to create the new data.chk file.

I think that should really be left to Ray Flannagan, they are "his" voices"

Fair comment Andy.

Just that I can't seem to get all 15 voices recognised with soundpatch-0.3.12, and I thought maybe someone else may have had a suggestion as to whether there was a work-around.

Ray simply needs to adjust his program accordingly. As I said, TomTom have messed up with the file structure of data.chk repeatedly.

A version for build 7020 (6.110) is now uploaded.

I have also verified the version for build 5652 (5.450), and it is performing as designed. Whoever complained probably used a wrong build version.

Lutz,
I apologise that you thought I was complaining that your data.chk file 5652 was not working, as you rightly say it is working. And I thank you again for the copy you sent to me.

What I was trying to get at was that I can't seem to get all 15 voices recognised with using soundpatch-0.3.12. to create my own data.chk file.

However, I have to move on from there now and wait to see if a newer version suitable for the TT One v5.450 comes around.

Again my sincerest apologies that you thought I was complaining.

In the table, the download version of GO 4.4 is shown as 2843, but on the screenshot, 4.4 is shown as 2830.
In the text, 4.4 is also described as 2830.
Am I mis-understanding something, or is there a mistake somewhere?

The screenshot is just an example. (This is also stated in the text). Important is what is shown on YOUR device's "About" screen.
