Go 500 - Nokia 6230i - Receiving SMS

The Tom Tom webiste says that the 6230i supports all the mobile phone features.

I can use the phone book, make and receive calls and send SMS. However, when I receive an SMS the Go 500 says "unable to retrieve message".

Any ideas?

What firmware are you running on the phone. It should work with the latest version.

Had the same problem with a 8800,

try clearing the sms memory on the phone, and it should work.
