Have I overlayed Maps over maps?

I received my new Quest 2 and switched it on only to find the map of the USA on the screen. Thinking the Europe maps where not installed I installed the UK and EIRE bits from the CD. To cut a long story short I see that the Europe maps were on the Quest 2 but now I have light gray lines around the UK/Eire bits.

Have I overlayed maps over maps? (and used the spare memory?)

If so can I remove the ones I put on and still have the oigional maps?

And... is there a browser/explorer like ActiveSync/iPaq that I can use to see what is on the Quest 2?
