iCN550 Route Calculation Error!!!!

Hi

Have tried to navigate my way to the NEC which is pre installed on the device - it starts to calculate the route and then comes back with "Error Unknown Route Calculating Error". The device comes all preloaded and does not have a SD Card - I contacted Navman and after 2 weeks they answered (however despite me providing all the details for the 550, they gave an answer for the 520!!!!!) and told me to remove the SD card and switch off and the then back on again. I have even tried put the location in manually inc ase it was a glitch.

Help please!!!!!!!!!!!

It is driving me up the wall (literally!)

I'd ring them up - much easier on the phone although with some of them you have to speak sloooowly. Number is 01293780500

Have you got ‘avoid tolls’ enable and the like? When I first had my 510 I tried to navigate to a destination in France, it came up with a similar error, as I had avoid ferry routes enabled.
