It wasn't so much that the CD was marked upgrade, it was a specific upgrade for a 2620 only, not suitable for Quest (I tried it).

I decided to phone them instead of e-mailing... It must be better to speak to a person thinks I.. After 2 days of the automated BT operator saying "Sorry, lines are busy" or an engaged tone when I dialled the number (probably 30 attempts) , I finally got through to their "press 1 for this option, press 2 for that option" phone system ... 22 minutes waiting in a call queue... then hooray! I actually spoke to someone who apologised, blamed his colleague for sending me the wrong disc and said he was putting the proper disc in the post "as we speak". That was yesterday .. The clock's ticking...

I'm surprised you got a response by email at all, let alone 20 minutes later.

I've contacted them twice through their support form since the update disk arrived with no response at all. I was trying to pay for it too - I was asking how I could do that without a credit card. I seriously wonder about a company that won't even respond when I'm trying to give them money!

I tried phoning the UK office too but they were constantly engaged.

Any chance of posting the contents of their email?
