hi there,

I am just about to get a peugeot 307 with an athermic windscreen. I believe that my navman 3400 therefore wont work and am looking into what options there are.

I really dont fancy a re-rad and all the associated wiring and was wondering would a BT gps mounted near another window do the trick?

Also if it was on the rear parcel shelf and semi-permanently wired into the 12v socket in the boot would this do any harm to the gps?

thanks in advance for your help

Hi
I have TT BTGPS and have it mounted on rear windscreen housing on 307.
Works a treat.
Look forward with interest how you get on with running it directly from aux socket.

Many of these windscreens have a clear space behind the rear view mirror where you can mount your GPS receiver. A BT receiver would fit there nicely. 8)
