I reported this user directly to eBay and they just could not be bothered, I purchased one of this guy's disks and it had your database on it, I consider myself as a law abiding citizen and i hate being ripped off by sellers who sell copyright. It looked good until you purchased it.
I think eBay should do more than just tell you to go to the copyright holder, here you go anyway.
Hope you get further than what i did, Shame on them.

Hi,

This bloke has managed to get into your database for the cameras even though there is a subscription needed. The link below is for a remote control but at the bottom of the page is a link that takes the buyer or even browser ( as i did ) straight into the database for downloading. That can't be right ... Can it ??

eBay Link

- It will take you to the downloads page IF you are logged into the pocketgpsworld site at the time you click the e-bay link, if you log out OR you are not a signed up member then it takes you to the log on page - Thanks for taking the time to find and report it though - Mike

Mike,

Can I ask you a question about something totally different ??? I am looking at EBay and trying to decide whether to purchase the 7 digit post code convertor for my Navman 630. Is it worth buying ? Is it easy to install ?Its £3.75 inc p+p...is that a good price ?

Thanks for your help Wink

It's a re-hash of the old TomTom PostCode POI sets. The total POI Set consumes nearly 70Mb of memory and is slow and IMHO not worth bothering with.

Hi there Darren,

Do you want me to keep posting the auction numbers here??

What I thought of doing is maybe try to check 2 - 3 times a week and then post them here for you guys to report them to Ebay. They won't do anything if I try to report it.
