Hi,
I have previously submitted a number of camera locations and did get the email about the free lifetime membership. Could you tell me where the camera database is please or show me a link so I can get the latest ones please. I have recieved nothing further from yourselves about the membership side of things. Can I confirm that I have lifetime mebership aswell please.

Unfortunately this does not have a link for the database and only for submitting the cameras... Please help !!! |

I received an email from subscriptions@pocketgpsworld.com at 18:50 on the 24-02-2006. Subject line Lifetime Pocketgpsworld.com Subsciption invitation.
Body of message contained no readable Txt and was deleted by Mailwasher Pro.
Can somebody please resend that email.

Fantastic....Thanks. Just for the record I wasn't moaning or complaining about the site ...I just couldn't work it out. I am more than chuffed with my membership and the facilities on it. Keep up the good work.. Cheers again. |

Much appreciated Matt. We are a bit stretched at the moment. There are 3 of us working 18 hour days trying to keep up. We are on top of most of it, but there are still one or two really annoying glitches. It's a mammoth system coping with many eventualities - if only we were able to anticipate all of those eventualities. Still, hopefully it'll all settle into place nicely (famous last words!) in a few days time.
Can I take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience while we iron out the teething problems. ALL membership queries WILL be sorted out. For the vast majority of sign-ups or queries we're currently working on less than a 12 hour turnround. Most people are being signed up within a few hours. Matching inconsistent usernames and email addresses have been a major problem BTW. Also, some haven't followed the instructions quite correctly.
We are currently answering several hundred emails a day as well as addressing the glitches, but that should die down soon and we can get back to the regular stuff.
Just as reassurance, life is going on as normal for most of our visitors around the site at the moment; 100s if not 1000s of posts from approximately 30,000 visitors today. The traffic is growing steadily so the community is growing even bigger and we are receiving even more speed cameras submissions with our new system. Everyone will eventually reap the benefits! |
