Nokia N70 help required with downloading safety camera datab

help, I have a Nokia N70 and have purchased the Navcore Personal 2006/1 package, I have also downloaded the freeware GPSGatsomaster program. What I need to know is how to I download update for safety cameras into Navcore using my PC instead of mobile, what files and what path? real simple instructions please as i am a plodder, Also what files etc to apply info to get gpsGatsmaster to work, I have tried instructions as per gpsgatsmaster instructions but cant detect any local long standing cameras when I go out to test. The reason forhaving both programs on phone is I hope gatsomaster will save on battery usage when I don't need nav capability.
