Navman 570 "No storage device" error message using

I have a PiN570 (SmartST 2005 V3.5)which came with the Safety Camera POIs loaded which File Explorer (NAvman)& Windows Explorer(PC) locate on the SD card. I have tried, following the instructions on this site and Navman's to the letter, to upload the latest POI's. At the last fence in POI editor. POI Options box, click OK, I get the message "No storage device found". I have tried to manually input a single Custom POI, Pg.54 & Pg.55 User Manual, I get the same result!
I have copied some WAV files to the card with no problem.
So why can't I update the POIs?

Problem solved!
Re-installed ActiveSync & SmartST Desktop for THIRD time.
May have been a problem with Zonealarm.
