Please help
how do you install the update
all I get is a new ver of activesynic and thats it
my TT is still ver 5

I have been advised by TomTom that this seems to be quite common - the setup.exe of a just finished ActiveSync installation is still lurking around in the temp folder of your PC, and when you execute the TomTom setup directly it will instead re-run the ActiveSync setup.

Solution: either delete the setup.exe from %Temp% or save the TomTom setup file someplace else and run it from there.
