More speed camera issues

At last I have speed camera announcements, albeit the long version still , however I seem to be suffering another issue. It seems to take too long for the announcment screen to clear back to the guidance screen, at least 30 seconds.

Is this normal? I never used the camera thing on CP5 due to its tempermental nature

I think that it is normal, I certainly have the same 'problem'. However - I don't wait, I hit the 'red X' on my PDA's screen to clear it.

This is one area of CoPilot which I find totally rediculous. The reasoning behind blanking out the screen/directions, often when you need them the most escapes me. The sooner that this is addressed the better.
