MD95025 - lost software!!

I have recently moved house and we lost the battery charger and dics for our sat nav. We have since found the battery and most of the CDs but when we charged up the sat nav we found we couldn't access the maps - they still appear in the programmes list but we can not get them. I think we are missing the Medion programme itself - map export 4.0 or something. Could this be it? If so, does anyone know how I can get another disc?

YOU COULD EMAIL MEDION.CO.UK INFORMING OF YOUR LOST ITEMS AND THEY MAY SEND YOU SOME NEW DISCS OUT,THEY SENT ME SOME AFTER I EMAILED THEM AFTER BUYING A PNA175 FROM EBAY WHICH CAME WITHOUT ANY DISCS. HOPE THIS MAY HELP!!!!
