TT5 Automatically Avoiding toll road

I drove back from Paris on the weekend up the A1 towards Calais. I put in my designation which is my home in London on the GB Plus map. TT5 planned the route and told me that there was a toll road on the way, so I said No not to avoid the toll road. In the route summary it show me it was taking me up the A1 witch was fine. So I started off on my journey up the A1 road witch I came down on, but every exit it wanted me to turn off. I could not understand why it wanted me to do this. After I had passed the toll road it planed the route again and it was fine after that. The only thing I can think of is that TT5 some how kept want to avoid the toll road even when I told it not to.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

go to settings then toll charge settings and select ask me when it happens as its pobably set to always avoid toll roads

Mine is set to ask me and it did ask if i wanted to avoid the toll road and i said i did not want to avoid it, but after i click done to start navigation it avoided it.
