Evesham BlueMedia BM 6300

Hi

I have just purchased a Evesham BlueMedia BM 6300 and could do with some advice.

Does anyone know how to download the camera updates to it, the manuals do not appear to tell you. I have downloaded them to my PC but I don't know how to get them onto the Evesham.

Any help, links or advice would be much appreciated.

If you go to www.lowestonweb.com/destinator you can download a PC application that installs the camera updates straight onto your BM6300.

There is also a pdf on the site that walks you through doing it manually.

I have had the Evesham BlueMedia BM 6300 for a week now and it is going back.

I purchased it from Makro at a very reasonable price for what it can do.

Unfortunately the 80% of the time that it can not get a signal is annoying, the 20% it does work it is very good. (My car is not one of those with a coated screen)

As far as I am concerned 20% is not good enough. It will go back tomorrow and I shall go elsewhere and get one that works.

I do believe that you obviously get what you pay for.

Does anyone recommend a sat nav (preferably camera alerts as well) that actually works?
