If you wish to stop people using your splash screens I suggest you cover them with your name, I say this because the last two you did took me less than 2 mins to remove your name from.
Mind you I just cant see why you you put your name on them since you give them to people for free by private message.
Did I mention that the BATMAN logo you used is copywrite, you did get permission to use it did you not.

Just about every image is copyrighted unless it has been deliberatey put in the public domain. Eg:

Very good Andy, I was joking of course since around 90% of the splash screens on this site are subject to copyright.
Sorry you dont like my Jennifer Garner or Simpson splash screens

Did i forget to mention that your simpsons pictures are copywrited aswell? Do'h !
90% of images everyone gets off the internet are copyrighted.
Did you get permission for your homer ones.. I dont think so  |
