TT BT Fix Problems

As a new user to TT2 / TT Bluetooth I am concerned if the GPS Rx is ok.



Not been able to obtain a satellite fix I look in the GPS Status screen and can sometimes see 4 / 5 grey bars, although still not turned red and get no satellite fix.



Other times works fine, even in same location.

The best thing to do (if you haven't got this working by now) is to take the receiver into a position where it has a clear view of the sky and leave it stationary for around five minutes. That will allow it to acquire a complete and up-to-date almanac, also it will give it chance to lock on to the satellites that are there.



If it still doesn't lock under these circumstances, it's possible it may be a faulty receiver - though I'd be inclined to try again in a different location at a different time first.
