TT2 BT or Car-Powered comparison

In theory there won't be much difference from say a Sapphire to Emtac BT, apart from a cableless setup. Other's who have the Landrover have gone with a re-rad antenna to help boost the signal inside, and you may find that this might also be required inside the TD5.

Hi - anyone know which would be better in terms of aquiring a fix and keeping hold of a fix ? I have a landrover Disco TD5 and because of the very vertical sloping windows I had issues with my old Navman sleeve in keeping and aquiring a fix.



So... which would be the best GPS RX ? the Bluetooth version or the car powered leadtek unit ?



I have seen that the royalteks even work well under the seat on some cars ! My current thoughts are to go for the car powered unit as it might have a better reciever than the BT one ?



I have an Ipaq 2210.
