Help for new user please (Navigator 5 on Treo 650)

I'm generally pretty happy about how it works, but:

1. My PC card reader won't read the SD card (just suggests formatting it) so I can't do the recommended backup or transfer any extra files on --- any ideas?

What I'd really like to do is copy the whole application to a bigger SD card so I can add other stuff too, but this seems out of the question too at the moment.

2. The Navigator application appears as Unfiled on the Treo, and it I move its category it jumps back to Unfiled after I remove and re-insert the card (probably solvabale if I could solve q.1 above).

3. Where do I put extra maps and POI info (I understand it's in .ov2 and .bmp files, but where do I put them)?

1. Your pc card reader should read it, can you bring it up in the file manager on the pda? if not then there may be osmething wrong with the card
2. i dont know
3.these files go in the great britain map (if thats where u are) folder.
