I have had a Road angel 1 & 2, also an Origin b2 solo, and also a Road Pilot Pro.
I sold the Road Pilot and went for the Tomtom 500 using pocketgpsworld's safety camera database and believe me i would not go back to any of the others.
As i now have navigation and safety cameras in one unit.

I'm responsible for the safety camera hardware reviews. Apart from features such as direction reporting which are not available in our (or TomTom's) databases I really don't see the value in them.

I have them running alongside ours and find ours compares favourably. Suffice to say that even though i could have a RA, Snooper, Cyclops, b2 or others in my car I rely on our database.

I agree with Darren, I drive for approx 8 hours a day around Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire and there are a lot of safety cameras here as mine is forever warning me,
So my advice is get a Tomtom Go and definitely use pocketgpsworld’s safety camera database and you will not be disappointed.

How easy is it to update the speed camera's on TT GO?.

I know its a doddle in TTN5 - just using POI synch.

But how do you guys keep up to date with GO?

Laughing Out Loud - so if I understand correctly - its just a case of dragging new POI over once a month from PC to GO to update the system pretty much in the same manner that they are set up in the 1st place?

Does that affect the way that audio warnings etc are setup?

Yep, drag-n-drop. Don't think the audio warnings setup is affected.
