Setting up Acer N35/Destinator 3/Speed cameras

Hi I have just purchased an Acer n35 with Destinator 3 and I just want to make sure Ive got the latest link of instructions to install the speed camera warnings. The threads on the forum are quite long so Im not sure if any are out of date or not. Could someone please let me know the up to date set of instructions please i need to follow to set the database up correctly on my Acer please( including any copying/pasting I may need to do).
