Hi Guys, is anyone having a problem running the desktop software? When I launch the software and it trys to synchronise with the ICN it says there is a problem and has to close. I have got it to work occasionally but more often than not it falls over.

Also how do you stop communication with the ICN? The stop button in microsoft activesync is greyed out - the only way i have found is to shut down the pc or pull the USB cable.

Hi, I am by no means an expert but have found the very same problem, even if it does load it locks up and is generally useless. I have found it becomes a little more stable, for a while, if i disable the internet. But then that means you cannot check for upgrades etc. I am very pleased with my 510, but I dont think Im being unfair if I suggest that the PDF manual is lacking, as is the software.
