Tomtom folder on SD card

Hi
I have recently bought tomtom nav 5 and a 1gb sd card. If i transfer the files from the original sd to the new one do all the tomtom folders have to go in the root of the card or can they all be in one folder called Tomtom?

it seems that they should all go in the root of the sd card. The tomtom directory is normally left empty. You will then have 3 (at least that's how many I've got)
