I'm really impressed with TT Traffic. But I don't travel long distances to justify the €80 for the year.

Do TT offer a monthly version? I could really use it for the next two months. I've used my 30 day free trial Sad

No.

Last year in December I think it was they did offer it at a really good discount, perhaps they will do it again, But I think you will be unlucky.

As a matter of interest how effective is the traffic service.

I ask because in my part of the country reports on the local radio about traffic hold-ups usually result in the alternative routes becoming grid locked. If the problem is not a complete blockage of the road it's often worth sticking to the road with 'problems'. Furthermore, often the fastest way around the blockage is not always the obvious one. I wonder if TT would suggest a a five mile detour rather than an alternative (busy) main raosd half a mile away?
