Tom tom repairs

Hi All
Does anyone know of any way to contact Tom Tom regarding getting my GO repaired??, Have sent e-mail to them days ago, no reply, and the customer support number is always busy( spent all day friday re-dialing it to be told they are too busy)
Alternatively anywhere else that it can be repaired.
Can't keep phoning Tom Tom, as i need it fixed asap.
Thanks for any replies.
PS FYI the GO kept turning itself off, and resetting time to 00:00 then i smelled burning from the back and hasnt powered up since.

As you sent your reply, i was privileged enough to be put on Tom tom's phone queue, have now (finally) managed to contact them, and they will take the GO back for repairs.
Thanks for the site you sent though, very handy indeed (except that they are on holiday for another week Crying or Very sad

Hi Kevin
I'm afraid you have to persevere with the phone number, once you get through you will be sent a UPS label, and instructions on how to send it, you won't get any joy without a repair ref no. from tom tom.
