Contacts on Today screen

Not strictly speaking GPS, but does anyone know how to put "contacts" onto the "today screen"?

(Windows pocket 2003)

I have had a good look - there is a menu in "settings" - "today" - "items", but how do you put an entry in the box - Tomtom seem to have managed it!!

The way i do it is to install another application (this is the one i use http://www.snapfiles.com/get/pocketpc/tdlaunch.html) and use this to create shortcuts for the programs i want displayed on my today screen.
I don't have tomtom ticked in settings/today/items - i tick the tdlaunch and get that to display tomtom, contacts, messaging and any others i want.
This works on my xda2 which runs 2003 operating system.
