UK Police use of GPS

We supply Surry and most of the southwest. There seems to be no real trend with units they use. Surry have been having a mixture of Garmin 2610 and Navman 635. Rapid response have also been using the Garmin NavTalk as it as a good safety feature if they need rapid assistance for texting location etc. They say its useful for emergency location. But to my knowledge not many have gone down the TomTom route yet.

We have also got the Quests into the bike units….
