TT5 No route Found

Every time I try to plan a route nothing seems to happen, I keep getting this message on the screen no route found yet I can browse the maps without any trouble at all, this has just stated to happen for some reason, I haven't loaded anything else on my pda to effect this, any help would be great.

this normally happens when either start or end point of the route are on a private road. Try moving them to the nearest public road.

Thanks for the reply, but this is happening when I plan any route yet if I go into advanced planning the route is found without a problem. when I plan a route it has no trouble finding them in the address look up, all of my favourites worked fine when I was running TT3, this has only started the last couple of days ago, I have done a fresh install om my ppc 1940 thinking this may help but sadly not.
