tom tom sat nav locks when phone rings PDA2

HI I have a PDA 2 running TOM TOM and every time someone rings me the tom tom or may be the GPS locks the unit and I need to do a soft reset to clear it, has anyone come accross a solution to this i have heard there is a patch out there somewhere but cant find it.

if it's TT3 download version 3.07 as this includes a fix for pda phones to overcome this problem. I had this myself, along with a colleague at work and this update fixed the problem perfectly.
