Hi,

I am not sure if this will help, I am running Navigator 3 on a Qtek 2020 (XDAII) and in the gps setup I simply selected the NMEA 0183v2 38400 and Bluetooth GPS options.

The Receiver is currently sat on my desk in my office, about 14 ft from the back window and TomTom is reporting 8 Sats, Quite amazing!!. This is my first bluetooth gps, it only came this morning. A bargain at £104.

So far I cannot help but be impressed at this little marvel,

Hope this helps

Richard

Hi,

I don't know if this will work for you, but I have a SPV M2000 which is based on the XDA2S, and I had the same problems you are having. find out what your out going com port is then.

In Tom Tom 5 select other cable NMEA GPS NOT Other Bluetooth GPS, set baud to 38400 and choose Com Port ? (whatever your out going port is).

I hope this info can help.

Wink
