Strange error message after upgrading to Tomtom 5

After upgrading from Tomtom Navigator 3 to 5 I get a strange error message every time I start my Ipaq 4150. It says:

Notification Error
Cannot execute
\Windows\ttgpseng.exe

It goes away when I click on the "OK" button and then the Ipaq works OK until I switch it off. What does the message mean? How do I get rid of it?

Hi again,
The solution to my problem can be found in another thread - sorry that I did not notice that before. How the problem came about through the Thomtom 5 upgrade still intrigues me, though.
