But as we’re losing ad-revenue from this then why not make a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!

I had a painless upgrade from TT3 to TT5 on my rz1710.
I've been reading the forums for the past 6 months odd, but thought it about time I posted :D
So, full postcode look up working thanks to the 'create a TomTom folder in the route of the SD card' tip and also the safety camera database and customised POI sound warnings all installed and working.
Personally I prefer TT3 over TT5 - the full postcode lookup, street name display on map, and type of route calculation prompt I've found useful so far. A few niggles - mainly, the size of the status bar - I find the speed display too small, even with no route planned. Also, it appears the picking of the last valid GPS point when planning a route has disappeared, so I can't plan routes unless my ipaq is connected to the GPS receiver??

Use 'Advanced Planning' on the second menu page for that _________________ TomTom 6 - SPV M5000 and WM6
