Tomtom 5 not available for Dell Axim

Looks like you have to have a Palm or HP pda to be able to have the upgrade according to the link below

It states:

All owners of TomTom NAVIGATOR 2 or 3, NAVIGATOR for Palm or TomTom HP Navigation Pack (1710 & 2110) with a valid product code (this is printed on the credit-card-sized product code card which came with your TomTom product)can upgrade their software and maps to NAVIGATOR 5.

Had this a few days ago from TomTom, it says below that the Axim is compatible
