Where is the tomtom My Traffic site?

I've just subscribed to tomtom Traffic and received an email confirming my subscription, but to download or link to a download! My TomTom is showing I have a subscription, but when I click on Settings the website just goes to a blank page. Any advice as I feel as if I've just wasted a pile of money because TomTom are too idle to check their website once they've amended it!

I'm not sure if this will work, it might be cookied, but try http://tomtom.com/plus/mytraffic.php?action=settings&TT=b3b05fe8effdadf5c6f3e9966c367871

If that fails, delete the temporary files and cookies from your cache, then close your browser, re-open it and try again.

Sounds like you may have a cookie problem rather than there actually be a problem on the site.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately it still doesnt work! I've spoken to technical support at TomTom and they promised to email me - 3 days ago. Distinctly unimpressed, which is a shame as the Navigator software is very good indeed.

I know what you mean. You might have noticed my posting about what it did to MY account. I can view the page fine, I just don't get the username and password for Traffic. Oh, and the page said my login details should be emailed to me too, but they weren't.
