Have you ordered your new maps yet? Delivery Time

Same happened to my on Mastercard.

had a look at my statement, and they havent taken any money from my card, even though i placed order on 26th April...

Still no sigh of the product moving from their warehouse either. I think its very wrong that they can advertise a product for sale when they dont even have the stock to sell Sad

They've cancelled my order now, after I mentioned the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Even though I am not eligible for the CD upgrade (not having bought the last version of the Europe Maps), I may as well wait for the new Europe Map CDs to appear, buy those, and keep them updated. So i've finally got a use for that nice new 512MB SD card lined up...

No Not yet showing Captured Warehouse still. I contacted Tom Tom again but they are very good in not replying.

Ordered mine 3rd May. Still in the warehouse. I have worked out that if the first orders were dispatched last week. Mine should be sent by the end of next week.

Yes by my reckoning You GOT it 2 weeks ago ( iv just thrown my calculator away).
Was it the UK maps or the western Europe. Has anyone got the western Europe updates yet.

Im waiting for Western Europe maps.
I do think Tomtom have handled the release poorly.

Maps of Western Europe upgrade -- which contains the GB maps and for me more importantly the France maps....

which I am lead to believe come on Cd's -- unless any one knows differently..

The French map is also what i am waiting for.
I might be wrong but i thought that all upgrades were on sd card at present. I'm sure someone will correct me.

I emailed Tomtom last night regarding my order for MOWE, ordered 3rd May. Today although iv not had a reply, i have received an invoice for the maps, and i am no longer "authorised " but "Captured" Anyone any ideas. Does this mean my maps are on there merry way?

Just heard from Tomtom Very apologetic but after "Captured" could take 20 DAYS to deliver!!!!!!!
That means could be 43 Days from ordering. It doesn't instill me with confidence in them. If i hadn't shelled out 3 months ago for my Go them i would have steered clear with this response.
