Mitac Mio 168 + Internet access (mobile)

Help!

I am trying to get mobile internet on my Mio 168 using the Vodaphone pay as you go network. I can get acccess to GPRS on just the phone so I know that this works ok. I can get the Mio and the phone (Nokia 5100) talking to each other via infrared so I know that works as well.

I have downloaded Vodaphones "connect me" software and installed it to the Mio and reset as it instructed but I can t seem to get it working. If I try to connect I get a "RAS" error.

I have spoken to Voda and they say it's not the phone but can't offer any other reason.

Anyone got any idea's? It would be useful when we go traveling so I'd like to get it working!

I hope I have given enough information, any advise would be appreciated!
