Hi,
I have just upgraded to v5 from 4.2, and in order to fit everything on inc poi cameras etc, I had to delete a file called faces.dat. Everything seems to work OK without this, but what is it ?

Uh, you don't want to do that. This file is part of the map data. I believe it describes the borders of objects like industrial areas, lakes etc.

Rather delete some unwanted voices, but don't touch the map data. (I know, I know, you can delete the POI.DAT, but that's not the point here)

Then people wonder WHY things don't work properly, when they delete things "Willy Nilly", without knowing what it is, or does.
