You must be able to update any Garmin product with an T/F card or not. They want people to be able to update there maps, it is money in there pockets, so they won't miss a trick by over looking the se ...

I have e-mailed Garmin to see what I need to do, and will share their response with you when I get it.

I bought it brand new, and then down graded the software version to V2.7.

The POI folder is there, but the Voice folder isn't.

What do you suggest I do?

Yep that was one of the first things I thought it could be, but it still just shows them 2 files.

I am at a total dead end with this. I have read the huge thread in how to change the i3 voice, but I have one big problem.

On my T/F Card the only files in the Garmin folder are 2 files.

1 files called "GMAPSUPP" and another called "GMAPSUPP.UNL"

I have the i3 which has the maps on the T/F Card and everything else on the i3's internal memory.

This has just reminded me that since I downgraded to V2.7, the reminder doesn't appear anymore, like it did with V3.2.
