hopefully someone can help me.

I've been going through loads of entries on this site regarding the xda mini / qtek / mda and some of them say that you need a bluetooth receiver and some don't.

The right thing to do is to load the installer onto your pc and run it from there. I've a 2215 and suffered from the same issue. As did other people.

thanks for the reply. When I purxhased TT3 last year you could split the UK in 3 to keep the size down.

A nice feature would be the ability to assign the inbox key so that we can record map inaccuracies, rather than writing it down on paper and then sending that all too familiar e-mail informing TomTom ...

Thanks for the tip, I'll try adjusting the 'safety screen'.

I do remember changing it because it was set to 124mph or something daft like that. We are in the uk afterall, so I set it to a more real ...

I've been using TomTom 3 for a couple of months now, and a part from the usual issues like looking up addresses and alike I don't think it's too bad. It has certainly helped me with my job.

your spot on, I'vr just fixed it by removing the hp micro keyboard update thingy. Now it works fine and dandy.

I've just just purchased a tomtom navigator 3 and I can't seem to open COM 1. Everytime I try to start tomtom it says that it couldn't open COM1 and that it doesn't exist.
