The load time is due to the speed camera database loading - which does exactly like you say ie the system is busy for 30 seconds.

Once the database has loaded it should be fine.

I installed 1.5 first, and then added the dll "aygshell.dll" as I did in 1.31, but it runs too slow for some reason. Why would that be? version 1.31 is very fast and no errors. The device OS is Win C ...
