Mine is an IPAQ 4150 too. Don't know if the problem with GPS Driver 3.03 is just with the 4150, but at least 2.07 still fixes things !

Thanks - downgraded to 2.07 and everything now works.

Seems a bit unnatural going back to what sounds like a very old version, but if it 'does the business' then that's the main thing.
