Removing loads of POS categories to a minimum did not work. I just went back to a backup. Everything sorted now.

Too many files?
If the Go300 is still on v6 software you only had a maximum of 39 POI categories allowed (or only 24 on one v6 release!)

Do you have the OV2 and BMP files in BOTH map folders?

I maybe wrong but i think you need the database files in the folders of all the maps you want to use it with...

POI files need to be placed in the map folder which will be named "Western_and_Central_Europe" on your device.

Poi's and, if available the associated .bmp files, goes directly into the **specific** map folder, not just a folder named 'map'.

You have downloaded a file called POIs.zip.

You must unzip this and it will give you two files, - newPOI.bmp and newPOI.ov2.
