What you could also do is use the speed zoned files, strip out the speeds from the files and rename the file so it doesn't contain the speed, then create bitmaps to go with each one with the speed in ... |

If you're using the speed camera .csv files then it is because they have the speed defined in them (@30, @40 etc). That overides everything else. You can do a find and replace in Excel to remove the ... |
