 Have you tried turning off the battery at the back, then resetting, if you have return the unit and get a new one.

What can I say, The only extensions in the drop down box are :
Ascii poi
binary
smart path
gps exchange (gpx)
gps exchange (xml)
The programme has no other extensions. Sorry to be such a pro ... |
