Home needs an extra file (".cab" if memory serves me right) to recognise a POI file.The CAB File is the 'zipped up' File and it needs a TOC (Table Of Contents) File, to work in HOME.

I hadn't spotted that one before it is rather good. The zip files have .csv files so no conversion is needed for the POI loader.
