Yes I have noticed this problem too. My 12v power socket is right next to the radio and the Navman cable runs close to the radio.
Pulling the cable further away helps but does not solve the proble ... |

| My 3970 uses Port 6 too. You should have bluetooth disabled in Bluetooth manager otherwise you will experience problems. I use this every day and it works fine. |
